Our host families are carefully selected. We visit them every year, and provide them with a visit report to ensure that our students will be welcomed in the best possible conditions (room space and furnishings, compliance with safety standards, etc.) What's more, we ask our families to sign a service contract in which they commit to meeting the conditions for welcoming our students.
We are very demanding with our families, and insist on the importance of helping you in your day-to-day life, showing kindness and accommodating you in the best possible conditions.
In addition to an annual visit, we send all our students a satisfaction survey on each family, so that we know how well their stay went. In line with our children safeguarding policy, we carry out even more thorough checks on families welcoming under-18s.
Good to know
Our host families live no more than 25 minutes by tramway from the school. Nice is a large city, so it's normal for most people to travel by public transport. Your host family and our team will explain how to get to International House Nice.
